Michael Garrett
A hugely experienced sports physiotherapist who has established an exceptional record in helping maximise the physical performance of athletes ranging from Olympic Boxers and Gymnasts to Professional Golfers and Dancers.
Registered with the Health Professionals Council and possesses a strong portfolio of cutting-edge treatment certifications, utilising this knowledge to allow athletes to realise their full physical potential through elite sport-specific injury management, rehabilitation and prevention programmes.
Experienced working with both English and Australian Institutes of Sport as well as with athletes privately through a successful self-founded practice. Offering valuable resources and points of leadership to an elite sports organisation and multi-disciplinary environment.

Rob Bosher
With more than 30 years of Creative Technology experience across multiple sectors including Healthcare and Wellbeing with MyMotion. Rob is an innovative technology investor, advisor, forward-thinker, and founder, currently working with multiple companies that provide digital solutions to help the world become a more sophisticated and sustainable place to live and work through technological advances.
Companies include Quintessence (Interactive experiences) 100% owner, Qico (Smart Work Space solutions) 25% owner, Frem Group Technology (integrated furniture manufacture) 50% owner and Sports Pad Solutions (Joint owned with Jordi Cruyff and Albert Capellas) as a special project, 40% Quintessence owner.
He previously held significant digital leadership roles in Creative Marketing Agencies including Chime PLC, Misson Group PLC, 2 Heads Global, starting his career with a passion for 3D visualisation, animation and digital motion at Hayes Davidson (London) after qualifying at Berkshire College of Art and Design, where he won a Fellowship with the Royal Society of Arts for his independent work in Digital Motion and Virtual Reality.

Pat Garrett FCCA
Pat is a chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience. She has worked in the telecommunications and legal industries developing a strong appreciation for providing excellent customer service and working in competitive environments.
During her career Pat has worked with many international jurisdictions such as London, Cayman Islands, BVI, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Dubai and Singapore, Channel Islands and Ireland.
Pat has extensive experience in implementing financial processes, controls, directing a multi-million global budget process and financial reporting to adhere to tax and local regulations.
In the past Pat has been a member of local committees (government and sports) involved in the decision making of government contracts and treasury and secretarial duties.
Pat has participated in many sports representing the Cayman Islands internationally in squash, netball and marathons at World Championships. She continues to participate in marathons around the world and is a FINA Open Water official.
Medical Advisor
Dr. Vasquez-Duarte
Dr. Ricardo J. Vasquez-Duarte was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Medical School and later did his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) in Baylor College/University of Texas Alliance in Houston, TX. He is fellowship trained in Sports and Spine Medicine and is currently Board certified in PM&R, Sports Medicine and Integrative and Holistic Medicine.
He was awarded the Teacher of the year award in 2011-2012 academic year when he was an Assistant professor in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Miami where he started his practice from 2011-2015. He is currently in private practice and is the founder and owner of South Florida Physiatry, LLC.
His main interests are in amputee rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal Medicine, diagnostic/interventional Ultrasound, Regenerative Medicine and Integrative Medicine. He has been invited to lecture and serve as an instructor in multiple conferences throughout the years nationally and internationally in above related topics.

Bronwyn Pollock
Born and raised in the Canadian prairies, Bronwyn has always had a passion for movement. She began dancing at the age of three, continued dancing through grade school and went on to study Ballet and Contemporary dance at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC.
Bronwyn began her STOTT Pilates journey shortly thereafter. She has been able to successfully help people find confidence in themselves and meet their fitness goals and has worked with a wide range of clients from youth to seniors and with varied abilities. Bronwyn is detail-oriented and focuses on guiding clients through safe and effective movement that lengthens and tones and has a keen ability to observe muscular imbalances, and select exercises appropriate for each individual client. Her dance background keeps her classes fun, flowing and motivational.
