At the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Michael Garrett Physiotherapist MSCP, HCPC, co-founder of MyMotion and the inventor of the "Human code", was working with elite athletes as a Physio. His athletes went on to achieve 9 gold medals in various disciplines from Boxing to Cycling to track and field.
Prior to 2000, Michael had discovered a method to enhance life performance in human beings using a unique method of exercise-based applications specific to the individual with great effect.
His early discoveries led towards what is today, a revolutionary process that can increase life performance and reduce pain in any individual. Not only that, the method provides an advancement within 15 minutes.
By 2023, Michael had further enhanced the code opening this up to 500,000 people, with over 90,000 treatments. Pain free within 5 visits.
Today, the MyMotion company has digitised and enhanced the code using Artificial intelligence and is actively seeking the scale up of the product for human beings world-wide.
They are doing this by offering two products, available for home and business use to help industry professionals in health care, sporting performance, or motion coaches to enhance their service offering with a proven unique customer engagement service.
MyMotion is a wellbeing solution. The product is an aid to help understand musculoskeletal balance and deliver exercises tailored to each individual’s needs.
